I want a really light, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate cake recipe. Not the icing, but actually the cake layer part. Some Chinese restaurants I have been to serve this cake that is very light and practically melts in your mouth. Does anyone know of a recipe like that? Help!
I saw the recipe for the steamed cake, but I don’t have the foggiest idea how I’d do that since I have the simplest of tools and a very tiny kitchen. Does anyone know of one that is baked in an oven instead of steamed? I don’t think the steamed one will work for me at this moment in time.
